CrossFit Class Schedule
Monday – Friday:
6:30pm CrossFit (Mon-Thurs)
7:30am Open Gym
10:30am 101 Course (1st and 3rd Saturday of each month)
10:00am-12:00pm Open Gym
CROSSFIT CLASSES: 1 hour group sessions led by Coach Drew featuring the WOD. These sessions generally consist of a 15 minute warmup, strength or skill work, followed by the WOD. Please see the membership options under “Getting Started / Pricing Memberships”. Once you are an active member you will reserve your spot for class on the Wodify App.
*101 Course: This course will ensure that you are prepared for classes. 101 is a 90 minute course held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. If you are new to CrossFit please sign up here: crossfitiso.wodify.com
-Open Gym The doors are open for you to come in and makeup a WOD that you missed from the week, stretch, work on a skill (ie. DU’s, pull-ups, HSPU). This is your time to work on your own, set your own clock or simply do some mobility after a long week. It’s up to you. Open Gym is complimentary for unlimited members, but open gym access does count toward a session for 2x and 3x a week memberships.
Drew also offers Personal CrossFit Training, Olympic Lifting and Skill Training all by appointment only.
