CROSSFIT CLASSES: 1 hour group sessions led by Coach Drew featuring the WOD. These sessions generally consist of a 15 minute warmup, strength or skill work, followed by the WOD. Classes range from 4-20 athletes. Busier classes will have an assistant coach which still allows one on one instruction while getting that extra push from the group. Please see the membership options under “Getting Started / Pricing Memberships”
*Child Care at ISO: Emily is our ISO sitter that is available Saturday’s at 9:00am. $5 per class paid directly to Emily. Reservations are not required.
-NEWBIES: If you are new to CrossFit please remember to sign up for our Saturday 10:30am 101 course here: crossfitisorropia.wodify.com
-Barbell Club is for our seasoned athletes. Barbell Club is held on Saturday at 7:30am There will be a Coach(s) here if you have questions, but please note the Coach will also be doing the WODs along side the athletes during this time and unable to “Coach” you during the WOD. If you are interested in joining the BBC please contact Drew. If you are not unlimited this will count toward your sessions.
-Open Gym is on Sunday’s from 10:00am-12:00noon. The doors are open for you to come in and makeup a WOD that you missed from the week, stretch, work on a skill (ie. DU’s, pull-ups, HSPU). This is your time to work on your own, set your own clock or simply do some mobility after a long week. It’s up to you. Open Gym is complimentary for unlimited members, but the 2 hour open gym access does count toward a session for 2 and 3x a week memberships.
