C): Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 4 minutes for 5 rounds

2 rounds:

6 burpees

5 deadlifts

4 hang power cleans

3 front squat

2 thrusters

10m overhead carry

RX: 135/95#

RX+: unbroken with barbell
